Noorullah Alam is a Civil Engineer, Quality Control Manager, and P6 Scheduler with over 15 years of experience supporting USACE and other federal construction projects. He brings deep expertise in QA/QC systems, Primavera P6 scheduling, and RMS 3.0 documentation—covering submittals, RFIs, three‑phase inspections, daily reports, schedule development, monthly updates, and full project compliance from award through closeout. His credentials include Certified Scheduling Technician, CQM‑C, ACI Field Technician Grade I, and ICC Reinforced Concrete Special Inspector.
Ghorzang Sahak - Senior Quality Control Manager
With over 15 years of overseas experience in horizontal and vertical construction, Ghorzang Sahak has served as a QCM on multi‑million‑dollar projects, managing QCS and RMS for USACE and Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) from pre‑construction through closeout. His responsibilities include overseeing submittals, RFIs, three‑phase inspections, coordination with project teams, daily reports, punch‑list inspections, and final closeout documentation. He also trains new hires in RMS administration, finances, QC processes, and submittal management, strengthening overall project performance.
